Grilled Catfish Filets
Brine the Catfish filets in a mixture of milk, water and lemon juice for at least 30 minutes
Then pat them dry and sprinkle both sides with Kosmo's Q Honey Killer Bee Rub.
Grill the filets on a gmat at about 400°F (204°C) for 4-5 minutes per side or until the fish flakes with a fork. Remove from the grill and drizzle with lemon juice.
