Ingredients

10 Slices Bacon
1 Block (8oz) Cream Cheese Softened
8oz Sour Cream
3 Jalapenos Diced (Seeds Removed)
1.5 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1.5 Cups Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
Alder Wood Smoked Sea Salt (Add to Taste)
Ranch Dip Packet
Infidel Pork Rub Seasoning
Round Loaf of Bread

Directions

Season bacon with Infidel Pork Rub and cook (whichever method you prefer) bacon until crispy. Place on a paper towel to drain. Once cooled, chop up and set to the side.
Mix all ingredients (minus the bread and Infidel Pork Rub) in a large bowl while leaving a small amount of bacon, jalapenos, cheddar cheese, and Monterey Jack cheese to the side for toppings.
Take the round loaf of bread and cut a large hole opening in the top. The bread removed can be cut up into 1-inch bite-size pieces for dipping.
Fill the bread bowl with the dip and top with the remaining bacon, jalapenos, cheddar cheese, and Monterrey Jack cheese.
Smoke the bread bowl at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Once cooked, place the bread bowl on a tray with the remaining 1-inch bread pieces around it. You can also use tortilla chips. Dip and Enjoy!

For a non-spicy version, you can remove the Jalapenos and top with green onion.
