Ingredients

GMG Fruitwood Pellets
2-3 Racks Baby Back Ribs
Kosmo's Q Maple Bourbon Rib Glaze

Marinade

1 c Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
1/4 c wine, your preference (optional)
1/4 c Olive Oil
1 tbsp Brown Sugar
1 tsp Onion Powder
5 Garlic Cloves, minced
2 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Tabasco Sauce

Directions

Use "Baby Back" ribs for best results
Combine all of the marinade ingredients and stir until frothy.
Peel membrane from the shiny side of the baby back ribs
Marinade the ribs in this sauce for NO LONGER than 4 hours. Turn racks occasionally.
Remove the ribs from the marinade and smoke at 165 degrees for 4-6 hours, turning racks occasionally. Then, turn temperature up to 225 degrees and finish for another 1-3 hours, depending on your preference.
Take the ribs off, baste them generously with the Kosmo's Maple Bourbon Rib Glaze, or your favorite Rib Glaze, and put them back on the grill for 1 more hour.
