Coffee Infused Holiday Dressing

Directions

1. Preheat your pellet grill to 325 degrees with GMG Fruitwood hardwood pellets.

2. In a dutch oven or large pot, over medium heat, melt the stick of butter.

3. Add the mushrooms, soy sauce, and ⅓ of Red Eye Express seasoning. Cook, stirring occasionally, as the mushrooms release their liquid and it mostly cooks off (around 10 minutes).

4. Add the chopped celery, chopped onion, and another ⅓ of Red Eye Express seasoning into the dutch oven/pot. Cook, stirring occasionally, as the onion and celery begin to soften (around 3 minutes).

5. Add the pork and season it with the remaining amount of Red Eye Express seasoning. Cook and break up the meat stirring often until the pork is fully cooked through (about 5 minutes).

6. Now add in the vegetable broth and bring to a boil and turn off the heat. Mix in the dried cranberries.

7. Last, add in the stuffing mix and fold it in until all the liquid is absorbed.

8. Transfer the stuffing/dressing to a baking pan or cast iron skillet that has been greased with vegetable spray or duck fat. Spread the stuffing until it’s evenly distributed and smooth on the top.

9. Place the pan in the pellet grill and smoke for about 30 minutes until browned on top.
